Renovation/Carpentry Work Quotation and Payment
For the requested renovation or carpentry work quotation of the online quotation form in our website, we will provide an estimate amount of the renovation or carpentry work quotation based on the online quotation form which is fill in by user. The final or actual renovation or carpentry work quotation will be confirmed after meet and discuss with our designer. All amount is shown in Singapore dollars and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
We accept payment methods of Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer to our company account only. We reserve the right to update, amend, suspend or terminate, whether in whole or partial content of the quotation contract at any time with notice. Therefore, you must sign the updated quotation contract if you are agreed and confirmed the updated or amended content(s) of the contract. All payment paid are not refundable and non-transferable once confirmation is received or renovation works is started.
Discount Voucher
The redemption, validation of discount voucher is subject to our terms and conditions which is stated on our discount voucher.
You must read the stated terms and conditions of our discount voucher carefully.
Warranty
Our company attempt to protect our customers from mistake or installation errors. Our customer is subjected to have lifetime workmanship warranty upon completion of renovation works. This workmanship warranty is valid only for leaks, damage or defects caused in whole or in part by our workman.
Limitations of liability
In no event will the company, any of its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agent, officers or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind or nature including, without limitation, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, damages for loss of goodwill, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, loss of data or computer failure , and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Conditions and all its subsequent variations relating to your access to, or use of, the website, App and the Services shall be construed and governed by Singapore law including without limitation the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
